You can find us at Sanaa Indus Reality & Engineers, located at No : 59-A in the Al-Hayath Mini Tower on 4th Cross Street. We’re right in Mkb Nagar, which is part of Vyasarpadi. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets and people always on the move. Our office is up in the tower, and while it’s not a massive space, it gives us enough room to do our engineering work and handle the property side of things too. We’ve got desks covered in blueprints and site plans most of the time. Working in Vyasarpadi means you get used to the noise of the city and the close-knit feel of the streets. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and different sites nearby. It’s not always easy work, especially when the weather is hot and the traffic is bad on the cross streets. We don’t really go in for big corporate styles; we just keep things functional. The Al-Hayath building has a few other businesses too, so there’s always a bit of life in the hallways. We usually have a small stove in the corner to make some coffee during the long afternoons. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. We just focus on getting the job done and keeping our records straight. It’s a regular local business, trying to stay busy in a crowded city.
