Our office is over at No. 61 on 5th Cross Street in Logaiah Colony. Saligramam is a pretty quiet neighborhood mostly, but we stay busy with the construction side of things. High Power V Realtors & Construction Co. Pvt. Ltd. is a long name for a group of people who just like to build houses and deal with land. We’ve been at this spot for some time. It's a regular street, and we know most of the neighbors by now. We spend a lot of our time looking at blueprints or out on site checking how the walls are coming along. It’s not always pretty work, it’s dusty and tiring, but it’s what we know. When people come by the office, they usually want to talk about buying a plot or how much it costs to put up a small building. We just give them the honest numbers. No big sales pitches here. We have a few computers and a lot of paper everywhere. Sometimes the tea guy comes by and we take a break, then get back to it. Building things in this area keeps us occupied. Saligramam has changed a lot since we started, more houses going up every year. We’re just one of the companies helping that happen. It’s basic work, but it matters to the people moving in.
