Sakthi Muruga Sheet Metal Works

We've been at this spot on Palani Andaver Koil Street in Ayanavaram for quite some time now. You can find us at the old number 59, which is now number 169. It’s a busy part of the neighborhood. The shop is usually full of noise from the metal work we do every day. We handle all sorts of sheet metal tasks that people around here need. It’s not a big fancy factory or anything like that. Just a local workshop where we get our hands dirty. Sometimes the street gets really crowded with traffic, so getting things in and out takes a bit of patience. We have a small crew here. Most of us have been working with metal for years. We don't spend much time on the computer or doing fancy paperwork. Most of our day is spent at the bench or with the tools. If you walk down the street, you’ll hear us before you see us. We work with different types of sheets, cutting and bending them to whatever size is needed. It’s practical work. Nothing too complicated to explain. We just try to finish the jobs as they come in. Some days are longer than others depending on how much work is piled up near the door. We've seen the area change a lot over the years, but we're still here doing the same kind of work. It’s what we know how to do and we keep at it every day.
