SAISAANVI BUILDERS is a small operation. We are an "One Person Company," so it's really just a few of us handling everything. Our office is at number 9 on Bharatheeswarar Colony 2nd Street in Vadapalani. It’s a nice enough area, mostly residential and a bit away from the main road noise. Vadapalani is famous for the big temple and all the film studios, so there’s always a lot of energy nearby. We focus on building and renovating houses for people. We don't have a big marketing budget or some polished image. Our "About Us" is basically just us telling you what we do. We spend a lot of our time on-site, making sure the workers are doing things right and that the materials are good quality. The office is where we keep the books and meet with clients when we have to. It's not fancy. It’s got a few chairs and a table where we spread out our drawings. We’ve had some long days where things didn't go right, like when the rain stopped a concrete pour halfway through. Those are the days that test you. We just try to be straightforward with people. If something is going to be delayed, we tell them. We aren't trying to be some massive corporation. We just want to build good, solid homes for families in our part of Chennai. It’s a practical business and we take it one project at a time.
