Saipem India Project Services Ltd

We are tucked away in Flat 4 at the Sai Gruha Apartments over in Royapettah. It is right on Ganapathi Colony 1st Street, which can get a bit loud with the traffic outside, but inside the apartment, it stays mostly quiet for us. It is a bit of a climb up the stairs, and the building itself has been around for quite some time now. We have several desks squeezed into the rooms where we handle all the project services paperwork and coordination. It is definitely not a corporate skyscraper experience with a glass lobby. In the afternoons, the sun hits the balcony pretty hard, so we keep the curtains drawn to stay cool and focus on the screens. There is a small tea stall just a few buildings down where we usually go when we need a break from the computers. Most of the neighbors in the building are families, so we try to keep the noise down and just go about our daily business. Finding a place to park a scooter can be tricky if you don't get here early enough in the morning. The walls are a plain off-white and we have stacks of files that probably should have been put away months ago. It feels like a real, lived-in workspace rather than a polished office. We just show up, do the work needed for the projects, and head home like everyone else in Chennai. It is just a regular office in a regular residential block.
