You can find our office at No. 16, which used to be No. 31, on Balaji Nagar 1st Street in Royapettah. It's an old neighborhood with a lot of character, and we've been part of it for a long time. At Safire Machinery, we deal with all sorts of industrial equipment. Our office is a bit old-fashioned, with heavy wooden desks and lots of old ledgers. We don't see much point in changing things just for the sake of it. Most of our day is spent coordinating with clients or looking for specific spare parts. It’s a lot of technical talk and checking manuals. The street outside can get pretty narrow and crowded, so getting big deliveries in or out is always a bit of a challenge. We have a small group of staff who have been with us for decades. They know every nut and bolt of the machines we handle. We don't really do the whole modern marketing thing. People know where we are and what we do through word of mouth. It's a quiet operation for the most part, unless we're testing something out. We just try to be reliable and help people find the machinery they need. There's usually a pot of tea going in the back. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment, just a steady, local business doing what it knows best.
