We’re located at Number 5, Lotus Enclave, right in the Nandanam area. It’s on the 2nd Extension, which is a pretty central spot if you know Chennai at all. We spend our time thinking about urban spaces and how to make them better for the people living in them. It’s not just about building walls, but about how a space actually functions in a city that’s always crowded. Our office is a small, quiet place where we can focus on the details. We aren't a big corporation with multiple floors of offices. We’re just a handful of people who like the challenge of working with city layouts. Nandanam is a good place for us because it’s close to a lot of what’s happening, but our little corner in Lotus Enclave is peaceful enough to actually get some work done. We have a lot of maps and site plans lying around. Sometimes we spend hours just debating where a window should go or how a walkway should curve. It’s a lot of back and forth. We don't use any complicated jargon when we talk to people; we just explain things as they are. Most of the people who come to see us are looking for practical solutions for their properties. We’ve been here for a while and we’ve grown to like the neighborhood quite a bit. It feels like home for the business and our small team.
