We are located over in Ekkattuthangal, specifically on that little extension off Balaji Nagar 2nd Cross. If you know Chennai, you know this area can get a bit hectic with all the workshops and small businesses nearby. S4W Networks has been tucked away in this spot for a while. Our office is pretty basic, nothing like those glass buildings you see in the IT parks. We have some racks, a lot of cables running along the floor that we keep meaning to organize, and a few old monitors that still work fine. Usually, it’s a bit loud because of the fans and the noise from the street, but we’ve gotten used to it. The team is just a bunch of guys who know their way around networks and servers. We don't spend much time on fancy meetings or presentations. Instead, we spend our hours fixing things that break and making sure everything stays connected. Lunch is usually a quick affair, someone goes out to grab parcels for everyone else. We like being in this part of Chennai because it feels real. There’s no pretense here. You come in, we talk about what needs doing, and then we get to it. Sometimes we stay late when a big project is on, and the quiet of the night in Ekkattuthangal is actually quite nice compared to the daytime rush. It’s just how we run things in this neck of the woods.
