S S Homes

S S Homes is based at number 1043 in the H Block of Ponni Colony. We are located in Anna Nagar West, which is a part of the city we have lived and worked in for a very long time. We have been running things from this office for quite a while now. It is mostly a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than those big commercial markets. We deal with all sorts of property work, mostly helping folks find a house or managing flats around Anna Nagar. Our space is very simple, just a few desks and some cupboards full of files. We do not have a lot of staff, so when you call us, you usually speak to one of us directly. We spend a lot of time walking through the different blocks in Ponni Colony to see what is new. It is a nice place with plenty of trees and quiet streets. We do not really do any fancy advertising or marketing. Most of our clients are neighbors or people who heard about us from someone else in the area. It feels more like being part of the community than running a big corporate business. We try to stay honest about the market and just tell people what we know. Some days are slow and we just do paperwork, while other days are busy with people dropping in.
