We are located at 2/107 Veeraperumal Koil Street, right in the heart of Chennai. It is a typical busy street, and our office is just a simple place where we get our engineering and consultancy work done. We don't have a big sign or a fancy lobby. Usually, you’ll find us hunched over a desk looking at blueprints or arguing over some calculations. We started this because we like the technical side of things and wanted to work for ourselves. It’s not always easy, especially when the heat in Chennai gets really bad in the afternoons, but we have a few fans that do the job. We work on all sorts of things, from small house designs to helping out with bigger structural issues. We don't try to sound like a huge corporation because we aren't one. It is just a few of us who know how to handle the engineering side of things. We've lived in Tamil Nadu all our lives, so we know how stuff gets built around here. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with old files and rolls of paper, but we know where everything is. If someone drops by, they usually just pull up a plastic chair and we talk through whatever they need. We don't have any scripted speeches. We just tell people what we think will work and what won't. It’s a straightforward way to run a business and keep ourselves busy.
