S B Properties

S B Properties is based out of No 10/8 on Murthy Lane. It’s located in Vetri Nagar, which is part of the Peravallur and Perambur area. If you aren't from around here, Murthy Lane might be a little hard to spot at first because it’s a smaller street tucked away from the main traffic. The office is a modest space, nothing like those big glass buildings you see in the city center. We keep things pretty basic with a few fans, some filing cabinets, and a table where we sit down with anyone who comes by. Perambur is a place with a lot of history and a lot of people who have lived here their whole lives. We see a lot of the same faces every day walking past the door. Being in Vetri Nagar feels like being in a real community. We usually get to the office early to beat the heat, and the day is mostly spent on the phone or filling out various forms. The lane can get a bit dusty when the wind picks up, and sometimes the street dogs find a shady spot right outside our entrance. We’ve been at this 10/8 address for quite some time, so most of the locals know where to find S B Properties. It’s a practical place for us to work, right in the heart of the neighborhood where we can stay connected to what's happening.
