We've been here on Paper Mills Road in Perambur for a while now. S A Technology Solutions started out because there wasn't a reliable spot nearby to get tech help without traveling halfway across Chennai. It’s a busy street, so we see a lot of people dropping by with all sorts of computer issues or looking for specific parts. The shop isn't huge, but we keep it organized enough to find what we need. We handle basic repairs, software setups, and sometimes we just help people figure out why their gear isn't turning on. Most of the folks who come in are from around the neighborhood. They know us by name, and we know their machines. It's a straightforward setup. We don't have fancy displays or anything. Just a workbench and some shelves with inventory. Sometimes it gets a bit crowded when three or four people are waiting at the same time, but we manage. People like that they can just walk in and talk to us directly instead of dealing with a call center or some complicated booking system. We just fix things and help people get back to their work. It’s been that way since we opened the doors here at number 156. If you're walking down the road, you'll see us right there. We stay busy, especially in the afternoons when everyone realizes their laptop is acting up. It's just us doing what we know how to do.
