Our shop is right at 102 Armenian Street, which is one of those old, narrow roads that has so much history in it. The building itself is older, and you can feel that when you walk through the door. We deal with tools and hardware, so the space is filled with the sound of things being moved and the clinking of metal. It’s a bit of a tight squeeze inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand for anyone who might drop in. The street outside is always bustling with people, delivery carts, and the general chaos of a busy market area. We don’t have a big, shiny showroom. Instead, we have rows of shelves and a counter where we talk to customers about what they need for their projects. Most of the people who come in are regulars who have been buying from this area for years. We spend our mornings checking the stock and the afternoons helping out whoever walks in. It gets pretty hot in the summer months, but we have a couple of fans going to keep the air moving. It’s a simple, honest way to do business. We aren't interested in a lot of corporate talk; we just want to make sure the person buying a tool gets exactly what works for them. Living and working on Armenian Street means you’re part of a community, and we like that.
