A K R Machines & Tools

You can find us over at No 105/51 on Armenian Street, right in the middle of the Flower Bazaar area. It’s a very noisy and crowded part of the city, but it’s where all the action is for machines and tools. Our shop is packed tight with all sorts of hardware. We’ve got shelves that go all the way to the ceiling, and sometimes it’s a bit of a struggle to find exactly what a customer is asking for right away. The street outside is always full of carts, bikes, and people rushing around. It’s the kind of place where you have to speak up to be heard over the traffic and the shouting. We spend most of our day moving heavy boxes around or checking the inventory to see what needs to be restocked. There is always a bit of dust on the counters because of the location, but that’s just how it is in the bazaar. We’ve been working out of this spot for years. The floor is concrete and a bit stained from oil or grease, and the lighting could probably be better, but it works for what we need. We aren't trying to win any awards for how the shop looks. We just want to make sure the tools people need are sitting on the shelf when they walk in the door. It’s hard work, but it’s what we know. We close up when the sun goes down.
