Our shop is located in West Mambalam, specifically at New No. 217 on Lake View Road. We still get mail addressed to Old No. 95, which is just how things go around here. Ace Tech Tools Pvt. Ltd. is where we spend most of our time. It is a neighborhood we know well. We deal with various technical tools and equipment for local contractors and hobbyists. The building is older and has its quirks, like the door that sticks in the rain. We aren't a big showroom with bright lights. It is more of a practical workspace where you can find what you need. Most of our customers are people we have known for years. We like the pace of West Mambalam even if the traffic on Lake View Road gets a bit crazy in the evenings. There is always a layer of dust on the shelves no matter how much we clean, but that is just part of the job. We don't have any fancy mission statements. We just show up, open the shutters, and help people find the right wrench or drill bit. It is a simple way to make a living. We have been at this for a long time and don't plan on changing much. It is just us and our tools in this little corner of the city.
