RuneStone Constructions LLP is our company. We are based in Shakti Towers, which is at 1-766 on Anna Salai in Chennai. It’s a well-known area and pretty easy to find if you know Anna Salai. Being in a place like Shakti Towers means we are right in the middle of the city’s pulse. We do construction, mostly focusing on residential and some small commercial stuff. It’s a lot of coordination between different workers and making sure materials are where they need to be. We don’t go for anything too fancy or over the top. Our focus is just on building things that last. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and samples of tiles or wood. That’s just how we work. We aren't interested in being the most polished group in town. We just want to get the building done so the owners can move in. Chennai is a fast-growing place, and there’s always something being pulled down or put up. We like being a part of that. The heat in the afternoon can be a real struggle for the guys on the ground, so we try to get the heavy work done early. We’ve been at this for a while and have seen the city change a lot. Anna Salai has always been the heart of it, so it felt right to set up our base here. We keep things simple and try to stay honest about what we can do and when we can do it.
