Our place is at H.NO.1, in Lotus Colony on 1st Street. It’s right near Nandanam S.O here in Chennai. RP INFRATECH VENTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is the name we use. It’s a pretty central location, which makes it easy to get around the city, even with the Chennai traffic being what it is. We’ve got a small setup in the colony, and it’s usually quiet until the morning rush starts. We handle different types of infrastructure ventures, and it keeps the day moving pretty fast. There is always someone coming in with a question or a document that needs signing. We don't have a lot of corporate fluff here. We just sit at our desks, drink tea, and figure out the logistics for the next project. The 1st Street area is nice, and being in Lotus Colony means we aren't right on the main noisy road, which is a relief. RP INFRATECH is basically just a group of us trying to get the jobs done right. We deal with various construction and tech needs, mostly focusing on the practical side of things. It’s not a glamorous job, but someone has to do it. We often stay late when a deadline is coming up, but that’s just the nature of the business. You learn to live with the humidity and the busy pace of Nandanam. We like being here because everything we need is within reach. It works out for us.
