Our office in Adyar is the place where we keep all the plans and try to stay organized. It’s not always easy because construction projects have a lot of moving parts. We aren't a group that uses big words or corporate lingo. We’re just local people who have been doing this for a long time. The office is usually a bit messy with blueprints and site boots by the door. That’s because we are actually out there doing the work, not sitting behind a desk all day. Chennai traffic can be a real pain when you're trying to move heavy equipment around, but we’ve learned how to deal with it over the years. We’ve seen the city change quite a bit from our spot on Kamaraj Avenue. It’s hard work and it takes a lot out of you, but there is something good about seeing a project actually get finished. Being on 1st Street, we are close to everything. We just keep our heads down and focus on the task at hand.
