Rohini Weld - Tech

Down here in Chennai, specifically in the Ambattur Industrial Estate, we’ve been running Rohini Weld - Tech for a good while. Our place is on the 3rd Main Road, 4D/1D. If you’ve ever walked around Ambattur, you know how busy and humid it gets. The sound of welding and the smell of ozone is just part of our daily life. We deal with all sorts of welding equipment and technical stuff that people around here need for their shops. It’s a practical kind of place. We don’t have a receptionist or a waiting room with magazines. Usually, if you come in, you’ll find one of us under a mask or moving heavy gas cylinders around. The guys here have seen every kind of welding problem you can imagine. We talk to a lot of small shop owners who just need a quick fix or some advice on which rods to use. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the heat gets to be a bit much, but we just take a break for some cold water and get back to it. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in Tamil Nadu. We just want to make sure the work we do holds up and that people know they can come to us for straightforward help. It’s a lot of sweat and hard work, but we like it that way because it feels real and we can see the results of our labor.
