We are over here in Vepery, right across from the Seventh Day School on Ritherton Road. If you know the area, you know it gets busy during school hours. We handle a lot of granite and marble slabs. Mostly, people come in to look at the different colors and patterns because every piece of stone is a bit different. It’s heavy work and things get pretty dusty around here. The office is at New No 56. We’ve been at this spot for a while now. Some days are quieter than others, but there’s usually someone around to show you the stock we have out back. It’s not a fancy showroom or anything like that. Just a lot of stone stacked up. If you are looking for a specific type of marble for a floor or a kitchen, you basically have to walk through and see what we’ve got on the pallets today. Sometimes the trucks arrive late and things get a bit chaotic in the yard, but that’s just how the stone business goes. We try to keep things organized, but when you’re moving big slabs of granite, it takes time. The address is 33/7 if you’re looking at the old numbers, but the new one is 56. It’s easy to find once you see the school gate across the street. We just keep our heads down and get the work done. If you need to stop by, it’s best to come when the traffic on Ritherton Road isn't too backed up.
