Our shop is packed with all kinds of tiles, and sometimes it's hard to find a place to stand. We have stacks of boxes everywhere. It’s a bit of a maze, but we know where everything is. We mostly deal with people who are doing up their bathrooms or kitchens. It’s a lot of carrying heavy boxes to people's cars or onto the back of scooters. My back definitely feels it by the end of the week. We don't have a big corporate structure; it's just a local shop run by a few of us who know a bit about ceramics.
