Rizwana Steel Traders

Rizwana Steel Traders is tucked away on Pillayer Koli Street in Manurpet. We are at number 88. It is one of those narrow streets where everyone knows each other. We spend most of our time moving steel around and talking to the regulars who come by for their supplies. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small shops, so we try not to make too much noise too early in the morning. Our space is pretty basic and a bit cramped. We have the steel stacked up wherever it fits, and a small area near the front for paperwork and our ledger books. It gets quite busy on Monday mornings when the new stock arrives and the trucks have to navigate the tight corners. We handle everything ourselves, from unloading the heavy pieces to helping customers tie things down on their small vehicles or carts. Manurpet is a decent place to work, even if the traffic gets a bit stuck sometimes on the main roads nearby during rush hour. We have been here long enough that we don't really need a big sign or anything flashy. People just know the steel shop on the street. It’s a lot of physical work, lifting and moving heavy metal all day long. By the time we close up for the evening, everyone is usually pretty tired. We don't do much marketing or anything like that. The business just ticks along based on local people knowing we are here and that we usually have what they need for their small construction jobs.
