Our office is located in the Bhadri Nivas Apartments over on 9th Cross Avenue in Dhandeeswaram. That is in the Chennai 600042 area, if you know the map. We called the business Riwanaa Dreams Buildcon. It might sound a little bit fancy, but we are actually just regular folks who know our way around a construction site. Dhandeeswaram is a very busy spot to be in. We have been working out of this apartment for a while now and it suits us just fine. Most of our work involves various local projects scattered around this part of the city. It is always a lot of juggling different tasks. One day we are staring at blueprints and the next we are having a loud argument with a supplier about the price of cement or steel. That is just how this business goes every day. We do not have any glossy books or fancy presentations to show people. Usually, we just take them to a site we are currently working on so they can see for themselves. It is a small team here, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We are not afraid of getting our hands dirty or staying late to finish a pour.
