We are located on the first floor at W-84, right on 1st Street in Anna Nagar. It’s a well-known spot in Chennai, so it’s not too hard to find us once you get into the right block. The stairs up to the office are a bit steep, but you get used to it. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now. It’s a busy street, lots of people walking by and cars honking. We handle a lot of foundation work, which means we’re usually covered in dust or thinking about cement and steel. The office is where we come to cool off and handle the bills. We don’t have a fancy reception area. It’s just a couple of rooms where we sit and figure out the schedules. We prefer it that way. It keeps things grounded. Most of our guys have worked in Chennai for years, so they know how the soil is and how the weather affects the work. We don't spend money on big advertisements. People usually just hear about us from other folks in the industry. It’s a simple setup. We show up, we do the work, and we go home. Anna Nagar is a good place to be, even if it’s noisy. We like the energy of the city. It keeps us moving. There’s always another job to look at. We aren't trying to impress anyone with the office space at Rishie Infra Foundations Private Limited.
