Rich Stationery

Rich Stationery has been around for a long time at Angappan Street in Mannady. We have the old number 27 and the new number 36, which sometimes confuses the delivery drivers. Mannady is one of those old parts of the city where the streets are narrow and everything is packed together. It’s a lively place, full of history and noise. Our shop is full of all sorts of stationery items. We have stacks of notebooks, boxes of pens, and reams of paper everywhere. It’s not the most organized place in the world, but we know where everything is kept. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or have a marketing plan. People just know we’re here because we’ve been here for years. The shop feels a bit cramped because we try to fit as much stock as possible into the space we have. There’s always someone coming in for a single pen or a whole bunch of registers. We don’t have a website or a social media page. We just open the doors in the morning and wait for the regulars to stop by. Sometimes it gets really hot in the shop during the summer months, but we just keep the fan going and carry on. It’s a traditional way of doing things, and it works for us. We like the personal connection we have with our neighbors. If you need something for your office or school, we usually have it buried somewhere in the back.
