Metal Forms Pvt. Ltd. is situated out on No.1/530 Thiruvallur High Road. Being on the high road means there’s always something moving outside. It’s a dusty place because of all the trucks and cars passing by throughout the day. We handle a lot of metal work here, so it’s naturally a bit loud and messy. You won’t find any marble floors or air-conditioned lobbies in this building. It’s an industrial vibe through and through. We have our machines and the raw materials stacked wherever they can fit. The workers here are used to the heat and the constant noise. Sometimes it gets a bit overwhelming when the traffic piles up outside, but we just keep at it. The address is pretty straightforward to find once you get on the right stretch of the road. We’ve got a routine that starts early before the sun gets too high in the sky. There’s a lot of heavy lifting and moving stuff around on the shop floor. Most of the day is spent checking the forms and making sure the metal is being handled right. It’s hard work, and by the time we close up for the evening, everyone is pretty tired. We don't spend much time on decorations or looking pretty. The focus is always on the physical work happening on the floor. It’s just a regular metal shop on a busy Thiruvallur road. We see a lot of regulars coming by. It's an honest living for us.
