You can find us over at Shanthiniketan Apartments in the Thamarai area. We are on the 3rd floor in unit A-32. It’s a bit of a mix between Chennai and Kancheepuram out here. We mostly do infra work, which basically means a lot of time spent around concrete, rebar, and heavy machinery. The office isn't very large, so it gets a bit crowded when the whole team is in for a meeting. Usually, though, most of the guys are out at the construction sites. We handle things like drainage systems, small bridges, and site preparation for new buildings. It’s hard, physical work that leaves you pretty tired by the end of the day. We don't have a fancy website or a sales team. Most of our projects come from people we’ve worked with before. The weather can be a real problem, especially when the monsoon hits and everything turns into mud. We just have to be patient and wait for it to dry out. In the office, we have stacks of blueprints and old files from past years. We try to stay organized, but it’s a constant battle with all the paperwork involved in this business. We get our supplies from the local yards because it saves time on transport. It’s a straightforward operation. We just show up, do what the plans say, and try to get home at a reasonable hour. It is a decent living that keeps us on our feet.
