Rathin Contractors Private Limited is based out of Unit 3011 in Tower 3A of the Prestige Bella Vista complex. If you know the Iyyapanthangal area, you know how busy Mount Poonamalle High Road gets during the rush hour. Getting into the building can take a few minutes depending on the security gate, but once you are up on the third floor, it is actually quite calm. We have been working from this Chennai location for a while now. It is a decent space with enough room for our staff to sit and handle the daily contractor business. We don't have a big marketing team or anyone to write fancy speeches for us, so we just tell it like it is. Most of our day is spent on the phone or checking through project schedules. The view from the tower is alright, you can see the traffic moving along the high road. It reminds us that there is a lot of building going on in the city. We chose this spot because it is central enough for our people to commute. Sometimes the elevator takes forever, so we just end up chatting with the neighbors from the other units. It is a professional enough setup but we keep things relaxed inside. No one wears suits unless there is a very specific reason. We are just a group of people trying to get things built. It is hard work, but we are used to it.
