We are based down in Chennai, over in Perungudi. Our office is Flat F3 in Block C of the Jains Anumita complex on Panchayat Road. It is a bit different from a typical industrial office because it's inside a residential-style block. It makes the workday feel a bit more relaxed. We have a small balcony where we can look out at the road and see people going about their business. The traffic in Chennai is always a thing to deal with, so we try to time our trips carefully. Inside, we have just enough space for our desks and a small meeting table. We don't have a big receptionist or a waiting lounge. If someone comes by, they just pull up a chair and we talk. It’s a simple arrangement that suits us. The salt air from the coast sometimes makes the metal parts of the furniture rust a little, but we just wipe it down every now and then. We drink a lot of coffee here instead of tea, which is the local way. The building is usually quiet during the day since most people are out at work. We just focus on our computers and our phones. We don't have any grand slogans or fancy advertisements on the walls. It’s just a practical place to get through the daily grind. We like it that way. It keeps things honest and manageable for the few of us here.
