If you know T Nagar, you know how packed Raman Street can get on any given day. Our office is inside Nagarjuna Apartments, specifically at number 205. It’s a busy building in a very busy part of Chennai. Ramsky Towers Private Limited is mostly about managing projects and making sure things are moving along at the construction sites we have going. We don't have a big storefront on the main road. Instead, we work from this apartment unit where it’s a bit quieter, away from the horns and the crowds of shoppers nearby. We have stacks of files on the desks and a couple of old computers that have seen better days. The lift in the building sometimes acts up, so we end up taking the stairs more often than we’d like. Working in real estate in a place like T Nagar means things move fast and the phone never stops ringing. We spend our days on the call or meeting with people who want to know about upcoming blocks. It’s a lot of coordination between different people. We try to keep things simple and avoid the big corporate talk. We’re just regular people who know the local property market well. Some days it feels like we’re just drowning in blueprints and government permits. But we’ve been at 12/36 Raman Street long enough to call it home. It's a practical setup for us. We don't need a lot of flash to get things built.
