Our office is located at No.17/35 on 2nd Main Road in Gandhi Nagar. If you know Adyar, you know this part of town is usually buzzing with people. We’ve been set up here for a long time, dealing with real estate stuff day in and day out. It’s not always easy, what with all the regulations and the changes in the market, but we manage. Most of the time, we’re just sitting around the desks, going through floor plans or talking on the phone with clients who want to know when their places will be ready. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just like doing our work in this neighborhood. The traffic outside can be a real headache, especially in the evenings, but it's home to us. We’ve seen many families move into the area and that feels good. Our team is small, just a few people who know the local streets well. We don't use big words or fancy sales pitches because that’s not our style. If someone needs a place, they come in, we have a chat, and we see what’s available. It’s a simple way of doing things. Sometimes we get behind on emails because the phone won’t stop ringing. That’s just how it goes in a place like Gandhi Nagar. We just keep at it every day, making sure the files are in order. It isn't much but it's our daily life and we enjoy the people we meet.
