We are based at 14/133 on 4th Street in Natchathra Nagar. It’s a decent area and we have been settled here for some time now. Rajeswari Dhanabalan Infrastructure is our family-run type of business. You won't find many bells and whistles at our office. Most of our day gets spent coordinating between different project sites and our small headquarters. While infrastructure is a broad term, for us it just means putting in hard work on the ground level every day. Our team deals with everything from basic earthworks to more complex builds. The street where we are located stays usually calm, which helps when we need to focus on all the technical drawings and permissions. We have a small team, and everyone knows their role well. We don't spend time on flashy marketing because the work we do usually speaks for itself when people see the results. We have faced the usual struggles of a local business, like finding the right people or dealing with the rising costs of materials like cement and steel. But we keep at it because this is what we know how to do. Sometimes we stay at the office late into the evening making sure the numbers add up right for the next day. It’s a lot of responsibility to handle, but we take it seriously. We are just trying to contribute to the local infrastructure in a way that makes sense for the community around Natchathra Nagar. It is tough work, but it keeps us going.
