Raj Dev Estates

Our office is tucked away in Deccan Enclaves on T.M.M. Street. Being in Besant Nagar means we are close to the beach and the air always feels a bit different here. Raj Dev Estates has been around this neighborhood for a while. It’s a quiet street for the most part, which is nice when we are trying to go through legal documents. We don't have a huge staff. It’s just a few of us who know the area well. People stop in after their morning walks or when they’re heading out for coffee. We deal with a lot of older homes and new apartments coming up. Besant Nagar is a popular place, so things move fast. Our office has a few filing cabinets and some old photos of the area on the walls. We don't spend money on fancy decorations. Most of our time is spent out on the road looking at properties or meeting with lawyers to check on titles. It can be a lot of walking and talking. We try to give people the straight story about a place, even if the walls are a bit damp or the parking is tight. That’s just being honest. If you’re around T.M.M. Street, you’ll see our small sign. It’s a comfortable place to sit and talk about what you need. We’re just locals doing what we know how to do best. We aren't here to push anyone into a deal they don't want, we just provide the facts.
