You can find us at number 1978 on 3rd Street in Vasantha Colony. It’s a decent spot in Anna Nagar West. We have been working out of this office for quite a long time. It’s just a regular workspace with desks, chairs, and a lot of paper. Accounting isn't really the most exciting thing to talk about, but it’s what we do every day. We spend most of our hours looking at tax returns and trying to figure out the latest portal updates. Sometimes the internet is slow and we have to wait around to upload files, which is frustrating but part of the job. Most of our clients are locals or small businesses from around Chennai who need their books sorted out. We don’t have a big sign or anything very modern. It’s just a place where the work gets done. My desk is usually a mess of pens and staplers. We talk about the weather and the local traffic while we work. It’s a small team here, so we all know what everyone is working on. We do the audits and the tax filings without making a big deal out of it. It gets quite busy toward the end of the month, especially when the GST filings are due. We just keep our heads down and work through the stack of folders on the table. It’s a simple setup, but it works for us and the people who come to see us.
