We are Qvr Infra Construction (Opc) Private and we work out of Ashok Nagar in Chennai. Our specific spot is Flat No.S1 at Malees Raasi Enclav on 18th Avenue. It is a decent residential area that has become quite busy over the years. Being in an enclave means it is a bit tucked away from the main road noise, which helps when we are trying to get work done. We handle infrastructure projects, which is basically a lot of technical stuff and coordination between different groups. The office address is 32/30, and it is just a regular flat converted for our business needs. We are not some giant corporation with hundreds of staff members. It is a smaller operation here. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out at project sites across the city. Chennai-600083 is where we are rooted. Sometimes the traffic on 18th Avenue makes it hard to get in and out quickly, but that is just how it is living in this part of Tamil Nadu. We keep things pretty simple in the office. There are desks, some computers, and a lot of project maps lying around. We do not have any big mission statements on the walls. We just come in, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It is honest work. We have been in Ashok Nagar for a bit and we know the local shops and people well. It is a good place to be.
