QUEEN GATE LAND DEVELOPERS LLP

Our office for QUEEN GATE LAND DEVELOPERS LLP is tucked away in Chetpet, right on Harrington Road. We are up on the 3rd floor of the Harrington Apartments in Flat No 14. If you know Chennai, you know how the traffic can be around here, so we usually try to get our site visits done early in the morning before things get too backed up. The building itself is an older one, but it works for what we need. We spend most of our time looking at land parcels and figuring out how to develop them properly. It isn’t always easy work, especially with the heat in the city, but it keeps us busy. We have a small team here. We don’t have a lot of corporate fluff going on; it’s mostly just maps, files, and a lot of tea while we discuss the next project. People sometimes get confused finding the right floor, but once you are in the apartment complex, it is fairly simple. We have been working in land development for a bit now and we’ve seen how much the area has changed over the years. Dealing with property in 600031 means you have to be patient with the paperwork. We just focus on getting the day's tasks done and making sure the land we are working on is handled right. It’s a job like any other, really. We're just people doing land work. We don't worry about being fancy as long as the work gets done.
