We are located at 71/1 on Thiruvalluvar Street, right in the heart of Alwarpet, Chennai. Alwarpet is a great area, though the parking can be a total nightmare if you arrive after ten in the morning. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle consultancy work. We have been in this part of Tamil Nadu for a long time now. The building is older, but it is sturdy and keeps the heat out fairly well. We are not interested in being a giant firm. We like being small enough to know everyone’s name who walks through the door. Chennai has its own rhythm, and we have definitely settled into it over the years. We spend our days looking at plans and talking to clients about their projects. It is not glamorous, but it is interesting work. We do not have a receptionist in a suit; usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from our desk to help you. We keep a lot of physical files because we still like having things on paper. Sometimes the monsoon rains make the street a bit messy, but that is just life in Chennai. We are just a group of people who know our business and work out of a plain office in a nice neighborhood. We do not use big words to describe what we do. We just do the work and hope it helps people out in the long run.
