Primebuilt Space Private Limited

Our office is located at number 16 on Sathyanarayana Avenue, right near Boat Club Road in R.A. Puram. It’s a nice, quiet part of Chennai, which helps when we’re trying to focus on our space-building projects. We handle a lot of the planning and design work from this little spot. It’s not a massive corporate building, just a comfortable place where we can get our work done without too much noise. We spend our days looking at floor plans and talking to folks about what they want their new space to look like. Sometimes we get a bit bogged down in the details, and the office gets cluttered with samples and drawings. It’s just how we work. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just the one that gets the job done right. R.A. Puram is a great area to walk around when we need a break from the screens. We’ve had some long nights here when a project is finishing up. It’s just part of the deal. We try to keep things simple and honest with everyone we work with. No big promises, just steady work. Sometimes the traffic in Chennai makes it hard to get to our sites, but we manage. It’s a good life, building things in a city we know so well.
