Our office is tucked away in Guindy. If you know the area, we are at No. 3 on the first floor of Chakrapani Street 2nd Lane. It’s in Maduvankarai, which is a busy little pocket. Finding us can be a bit tricky the first time because of the narrow lanes, but it’s a good spot for us. Preetheswar Construction is really just a group of us who handle various building projects. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It's more of a local operation where we oversee the daily tasks on-site. We spend a lot of time talking to local suppliers for steel and bricks. Sometimes the rains in Guindy make the work slow down, but we try to keep moving as much as we can. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything like that in our office. It’s just where we sit down to look at plans and do the billing. People come in to discuss their home plans or maybe an extension they want to add. We listen to what they need and see if we can make it work with the budget. It’s practical work. No two days are the same because every site has its own set of problems. We just focus on getting the concrete poured and the bricks laid properly. It’s about being reliable and showing up when we say we will. Most of our clients come from word of mouth around this part of Chennai.
