Pravin Milapchand Construction is situated over on Poonamallee High Road. We are in Ganga Illam, specifically at No. 932B in the E V R Periyar 2nd Lane. If you’ve ever driven down that road, you know how hectic it can get. Being tucked away in the lane helps us escape some of the noise. The building is an older style, which we actually prefer over those glass towers. It feels solid. We do all our planning and administrative stuff from here. There’s usually a stack of papers on every desk and a pot of coffee going somewhere in the back. We aren't the type of company that has a receptionist in a suit. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just says hello. We deal with all sorts of construction projects, and most of our time is spent haggling with suppliers or checking on labor schedules. It’s a lot of grit and practical thinking. We’ve been around this part of Chennai for a long time, so we know most of the local vendors by name. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just look at the site, look at the budget, and see what can be done. It’s a straightforward way of working that has kept us going through some lean years.
