Pkr Estates Llp is based over in Chennai. We are specifically located at Mahalingapuram 44/32 on Nair Road. If you know the area, you know it can get pretty busy with all the cars and people moving around. The office is in the Madhavan section. It is a decent spot to be. We have been working out of this location for some time now. Dealing with estates in a big city like Chennai keeps us on our toes. There is always a lot of paperwork to go through and people to talk to. The building we are in is easy enough to find if you are familiar with Nair Road. We aren't a big corporate giant or anything like that. We are just a small team trying to get things right. Sometimes the office gets a bit cluttered with maps and documents, but that's just how it goes when you’re busy. The 600034 area is actually quite central, so it’s easy for us to get to other parts of the city when we need to check on things. Most of our days are spent on the phone or sitting at the desks. We don't have a fancy lobby or anything, just a workspace that fits what we do. It gets hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the AC running if it's working right. We just keep at it day by day.
