Pka Developers & Builders (Opc) Private Limited is run out of a duplex house in Valasaravakkam. We’re located at No.5, Kamaraj Avenue, which is part of the Sridevi Garden area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it doesn't feel like a cold office at all. Working from a house makes the whole day feel a bit more relaxed, even when we have a lot of building projects to manage. We’ve got our desks set up in the rooms, and you can usually hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like the vegetable vendors or the kids playing nearby. Valasaravakkam is a growing area, and being right here in Kamaraj Avenue helps us stay connected to what’s happening on the ground. We handle a lot of the development and construction planning from this duplex. It’s a straightforward setup. We aren't interested in being flashy; we just want to get the houses built right for the people who hire us. Sometimes clients come over and we sit in the living room area to talk about their plans. It’s a lot more comfortable than a boardroom. Being an OPC means it’s a smaller operation, which suits us just fine. We know the local soil and the local rules around here, so we just get on with it without making a big fuss about things.
