Performance Products & Services

Our shop is at 110/68, Kaliaman Koil Street, right in the Natesan Virugambakkam area. It’s a busy street with plenty of people moving around, and we are just another part of the neighborhood. Performance Products & Services isn’t a fancy name for a fancy place; it’s just where we work. The building is a bit older, and we’ve had to fix the roof a few times, but it serves us well. We don’t have a team of salesmen or anyone to do marketing. Usually, the phone rings and we just answer it and see what needs doing. It’s a small operation compared to some of the giants out there, but we like it that way. We know all the regular faces who stop by. The floor is usually covered in tools and whatever project we are currently tackling. It can get pretty loud when the machines are all running at once, but that’s the sound of work being done. We don’t have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a calendar and a list of things to finish by Friday. Being in Virugambakkam has its own set of challenges, like the narrow streets and the heat, but we’ve been here long enough that it feels like home. We just do our best with the tasks we get and try to keep things moving along without any unnecessary drama.
