We are Lucas Indian Service Ltd, tucked away on Poomagal Main Road. You can find us behind the Olympia Tech Park in Ekkatuthankgal. It’s a bit of a contrast being behind that big tech park, as our work is a bit more hands-on and practical. We’ve been at this No 28 address for quite some time now. The street can be a bit narrow, but we make it work. Most days are spent handling parts and talking to people who come in with questions. It’s a busy area, but once you get inside our gates, it’s just focused work. We have a group of staff who have seen a lot over the years. We aren't into big speeches or fancy slogans. We just show up, see what needs fixing or shipping, and we do it. The atmosphere is pretty relaxed, even when there is a lot to do. We drink a lot of tea and talk about the work. Sometimes it’s loud with all the activity nearby, but that’s just life in Ekkatuthankgal. We like the location because it’s central enough for people to reach us. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't try to pretend to be something we aren't. We're just a service center doing what we've always done. If you walk past the tech park and head down the main road, you’ll see us there, just working away like usual in our corner of the city.
