It’s more of a warehouse and workspace than a fancy store. We handle a lot of industrial materials that go into various local projects. If you come by, you’ll likely see us busy with orders or checking the inventory. Rajaji Puram is a decent area to work in, and being on Annai Indira Gandhi Salai makes it easy for people to find us. The inside of the building is usually filled with the smell of metal and machinery. We don't have a big marketing budget or anything. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they saw our sign while driving past. It’s a bit of a no-frills setup. We focus on getting the orders right and making sure the materials are ready when people come to pick them up. Sometimes we have a lot of stuff piled up, so it takes a minute to navigate the floor. We know the local builders and they know they can just drop in whenever they need something for their site. It is just everyday work for us.
