Patkum Construction Private Limited is located on Level 2 of the Agnitio Tech Park. The address is 141 Kandanchavadi, near Perungudi on the OMR in Chennai. Being in a tech park is a bit different for a construction company, but it puts us right in the middle of a very busy area. OMR is always growing with new buildings and offices going up all the time. From our office on the second floor, we can see a lot of the activity around Kandanchavadi. We deal with construction projects across the city. It’s a lot of management and planning from here. We aren't the type to use big corporate buzzwords. We just talk about the projects and what needs to get done. The tech park has good facilities which makes it easier for us to meet with people. Even though we are in a modern building, construction is still about the basics like bricks, mortar, and steel. We spend our days looking at schedules and talking to site supervisors. Chennai is a fast-moving place and we have to keep up. Sometimes the traffic on OMR is a nightmare, but that’s just life here. We’ve been operating from this location for a bit and it works well for us. We are just a group of people trying to get things built correctly. It’s hard work and it isn't always pretty, but it’s what we do for a living.
