We've been around the St Thomas Mount area for a bit now. Our office is right there on V.G.P Murphy Square, 2nd Cross Street. It's a busy part of Chennai, but we like it here. Most days involve handling paperwork for land or checking on sites. Parveen Promoters isn't a huge corporate office with fancy glass walls. We just have a small team trying to get things done. Building houses or dealing with property stuff takes time, and we try to keep it straightforward. Sometimes people come by to ask about plots or where the next project is going up. We mostly focus on residential bits around this side of town. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually try to get the site visits done early. It’s not always easy dealing with all the regulations and maps, but we’ve gotten the hang of it over the years. If you know the area near the mount, you probably know where we are located. We aren't doing anything flashy, just the regular work of developers in the city. There is always something to fix or a new plan to look at. We try to be honest about what we can do. It's just a regular local business life for us here in Chennai. We've seen the neighborhood change a lot lately, and we're just part of that process. It's a lot of work but it keeps us busy and we like the people we meet.
