Parama Promoters Llp is located over on 2nd Cross Street in RA Puram. Most folks find us by looking for the Sangeetha Hotel first because it is a big landmark nearby. Our office is at New No. 10. It is a relatively quiet street compared to the main roads around here, which makes it a nice place to sit and think about building plans. We spend a lot of our time dealing with land and promoting new projects in the area. It involves a lot of meetings and looking at dusty maps. Sometimes we have to go out and walk the sites ourselves, which gets pretty sweaty under the Chennai sun. We are not a massive company with hundreds of employees, just a small group trying to put together projects that make sense for the neighborhood. RA Puram has a specific feel to it, and we try to work within that. We do not use any fancy talk to describe what we do every day. We just find a good spot, figure out what can be built there, and then coordinate with the workers who do the actual digging and masonry. There is always some small issue with a permit or a late delivery of sand, but that is just normal life in this business. We usually have people dropping by to ask how the work is going. It is a lot of talking and waiting for things to happen.
