Padstone Properties Private Limited is found at No 10, First Cross Road, on the first floor of our building in R A Puram, Chennai. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a good while, and it’s a place we know very well. The office is located up a flight of stairs, and once you’re there, you’ll see it’s a pretty standard workspace. We have plenty of room for our files and the various maps we use for our property work. R A Puram is a busy part of Chennai, and First Cross Road always has something going on. At Padstone Properties Private Limited, we aren't into big marketing campaigns or polished corporate speeches. We just handle property sales and rentals in a way that makes sense to us and the people we help. Our team is small, so we all have to jump in and do whatever needs to be done, whether it’s paperwork or going out to meet a client at a site. The office can get a bit cluttered with documents sometimes, but we manage to stay on top of things. We like being based in this part of the city because it feels like a real community.
