Pachaiammal Blue Metals

We are located at No 4 on the Kundrathur Road, right in Kovur Village. We deal with blue metals, which basically means we have a lot of crushed stone of different sizes. If you come by our yard, you will see piles of it everywhere you look. It is a gritty kind of job, and we are usually covered in a bit of gray dust by the end of the day. The trucks come and go all day long, taking loads out to different building sites in the area. We have been in this spot for a good number of years now. Kovur has changed quite a bit since we first started, and there is much more traffic on the road now. We do not do any fancy advertising or anything like that. Most people find us because they are driving past or a neighbor told them where we are located. It is just a regular yard where we keep our materials and the loader. We spend our time checking the sizes of the stones and making sure the machinery is greased up and working. It is honest work, even if it gets a bit loud when the crushers are going. The guys here have been working together for a long time, so we have a pretty good rhythm. Sometimes the heavy rain makes the yard a bit of a mess with the mud, but we deal with it. We are just local people providing what is needed for the construction around here. It is not very complicated and we like it.
